1 day start-up business workout

Our one day business workout is an intense work-out for your business idea.  We’ll identify your weak points and focus on strengthening those to maximise your chance of success.  We’ll be looking at the following areas to test your business muscle!

  • Concept analysis
  • How to research your market
  • How to develop a business plan
  • How to finance your idea – where to get funding
  • What grants, supports,assistance are available
  • Marketing your idea – traditional marketing, digital marketing
  • Legal structures – Ltd company, partnerships, sole trader
  • Protecting your idea
  • Accounting and recording procedures

2 day start-up business workout

Our 2 day business workout mixes an intense work-out for your business idea with lots of assistance from us in implementing what you’ve learned on Day1

Includes 1 day business workout plus

We will assist you to:

  • Set up accounting and recording procedures
  • Develop your business plan for funding/financing or grant application
  • Develop a 3 year financial plan- including profit and loss and cash flow
  • create extensive task and to do list to ensure you don’t overlook crucial tasks


*Advisors are on-site for 1 day business workout, 2 day business workout – advisors are onsite for 1 ½  days with ½  day finalising financial and business plan at head office.
