- Finalist selection is final and no correspondence will be entered into
- In the event of any dispute regarding the rules, process, or results the decision of Fit Business will be final
- Competition is not open to staff of Fit Business, TV3, sponsors, Daily Star, or their immediate family members
- Competition entrants must be 18 years old and resident in the island of Ireland. Reserve the right to request written proof of age
- Prizes are non transferable
- Sponsors prizes are for services and / or product
- No cash alternative will be awarded in lieu of stated prize(s)
- If, due to circumstances beyond its control, a prize becomes unavailable Fit Business and/or the promoter(s) reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value
- Use of a false name or address by a competition entrant will disqualify them from receiving any prize
- Unless otherwise stated, all taxes, insurance, fees and surcharges on any prize are the sole responsibility of the winner
- Where a prize is to be provided by a third party, Fit Business accept no responsibility whatsoever for the supply or non-supply or purported supply or delay in supply of the prize, including without limitation, the failure of the winner to receive ownership of or use the prize. Where appropriate, prize winners are required to complete all applicable booking and/or other formalities directly with the specified third party provider(s)
- Fit Business reserves the right to change prize details without notice and all prizes are subject to availability
- Finalists entrants must take part in the Ireland AM TV (or TV3 show) show in order to participate in voting to win the prize. Where a finalist fails to take part as required, that contestant will be deemed to have forfeited their opportunity to win the prizes and will be disqualified from the competition
- Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission to use the relevant winner's name, and business idea for purposes of advertising, promotion or publicity in any media without additional compensation and prize winners agree to take part in such related promotional activities as Fit Business and/or the promoter(s) may require
- Finalists and Winner agree to take part in any subsequent Ireland AM TV (or TV3 show) show to demonstrate progress / change since involvement in competition. No compensation will be forthcoming for such events
- All competition entries must be received by Fit Business in the required format before the advertised closing date. Neither Fit Business nor its affiliated entities are responsible for printing or typographical errors in any materials relating to Fit Business promotions; fraudulent, lost, late, misdirected, incomplete or altered entries; or entries which are processed late or incorrectly or are lost due to computer or other technical malfunction
- Fit Business reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend a competition and/or vary competition rules at any time without prior notice
- Neither Fit Business nor its agents accept any responsibility whatsoever for any death, injury or other damage, loss, expense or liability arising as a result of taking a prize. Nor will Fit Business have any liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in any competition or any of the prizes rewarded
- Prizes not claimed within specified time limit will be deemed to have been forfeited and Fit Business may dispose of such prizes without any liability to the winner
- Any person found to be in disregard of these rules will be disqualified automatically
- Fit Business reserves the right to disqualify any contestant for any reason whatsoever in its sole discretion

To confirm the details of €12,000 in sponsorship, there are two components;
Coaching: 12 Sales Coaching sessions (1 per weeks for 12 weeks). Value €3,000. These sessions will be a combination of face-to-face and telephone coaching.
Sales Training: 50 X 1.5 hour training sessions (these weekly sessions take place at Carr Communications premises in Dublin. From mid September, these will also be available online, so they will be available should the winner come from outside the greater Dublin area). Value €9,000
Both coaching and training will be made available as soon as the winner is announced
NB: The sales training classes are part of our President's Club Professional Development Programme.

Detail: Kendlebell provide Virtual Office services to our customers. We provide Reception services, telephone answering, diary update, Business address and Boardroom hire to our customers. This greatly helps start up businesses as they will not have to invest in a receptionist or Business premises in the early years of their business. Their post can be directed to our Business premises, their calls can be answered in Kendlebell where we will take messages or simply transfer the calls through to them as a receptionist would. We will be in a position to supply them with a diary where we can make appointments on their behalf. They will have access to this diary remotely through the internet using a Password. We will also be in a position to supply our Boardroom for hire during their set up period.
Kendlebell has over 600 customers countrywide and we are the leading Virtual Office services supplier in Ireland.
Value: We are prepared to offer the winners of your competition 2 years service to a value of €6,000 plus Vat as follows:

Pico will provide the winner of this competition website up to the value of €4500. The breakdown of the prize is as follows:

As standard we offer a 4 week “bedding in” period after from the launch date to take care of any glitches that may not have been flagged in testing. However this is why it is so important that the client is thorough during the client testing phase so that everything is covered before sign off. The 5 hours support after that is for any fixes outside of this period or any edits or changes that the client requests after sign off.

Based on the timings above we will deliver the winners site 7 weeks from the initial briefing – this is completely dependent on the winner adhering to the turnaround times above. We will immediately register their domain and hosting in order to set up their email accounts and will also put a holding page live straight away to display the winner’s logo and contact details until the site goes live.
